5 "why" coffee is beneficial to our health? (part 1)

1) Less likelihood of gallstones 

Research by the Harvard university showed that women who consumed at least four cups of coffee a day were 25% less likely to appear gallstones.

2) Prevent Depression



Drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day, minimize the chances of becoming depressed in the future by 15%.  

3) Improve Memory 


Coffee consumption helps the memory,as researches show. According to these, drinking two cups of coffee a day showed improvement in memory and in the individual reaction times. Also,there is a connection between coffee consumption and reduced risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.

4) Reduced risk of diabetes



have shown that people who drink four or more cups of coffee a day (without sugar added) reduce the risk of developing diabetes in the future at the impressive rate of 50%!

5) Reduced cancer risk

Coffee consumption has also been connected with decreased breast cancer incidence, the endometrium, the liver and the prostate.
